The Primal Circuit is a combination of three forces that MUST be activated together:

  2. Territorial Control

  3. Masculine Porality

Let me break this down…

Your ancestors understood something we've forgotten. They knew that masculine energy isn't just some feel-good concept - it's a biological force that needs to be activated daily.

Here's how the Primal Circuit works:

Biological Dominance isn't about being a prick. It's about your body's natural state of power. When you're living right, your body produces a specific cocktail of hormones that literally makes people treat you differently (call it vibes, aura, pheromones…).

But here's what's killing your dominance right now:

  • Porn addiction killing your drive

  • Excessive sitting destroying your posture

  • Processed food fvcking up your hormones

  • Screen addiction softening your edge

Territorial Control is about owning your space. Not just physical space - but your time, energy, and resources.

Right now you're probably:

  • Letting people waste your time

  • Saying yes to sh!t you hate

  • Living in someone else's frame

  • Reacting to every notification

  • Following everyone else's rules

Masculine Polarity is about direction. Pure, focused, unstoppable direction. Like a bullet that doesn't give a flying fvck about the wind.

Here's the solution. Do this for 30 days:

1. Physical Reset

  • Cold shower first thing (3 minutes minimum) [There’s no need to do this if you have already shown and proven to yourself that you can do it in the past. The key here is to get you to do stuff that's difficult purposefully.]

  • No phone first 30 minutes of the day (ideally, the first 2 hours a day)

  • Meat and eggs for breakfast

  • Stand-up desk or floor sitting (we humans are made to be moving)

  • No p*rn, no fapping, no simping. Self-explanatory.

2. Territory Marking

  • Delete all social media apps (unless you use them for business)

  • Turn off all notifications

  • Say "no" to any plans you don't 100% want

  • Create a war room for the HARD WORK (even if it's just a corner)

  • Stop asking for permission (rather say sorry)

3. Direction Setting

  • Write and read out loud your mission every morning

  • Move towards it before noon

  • Cut off anyone who doubts you

  • Start leading in every situation

  • Make decisions instantly and stick to them

Sounds simple? Good.

Sounds hard? Even better.

The Spartans had a saying: "The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle."

This is your training.

But here's what's gonna happen...

As soon as you start this, you'll face what I call "The Resistance."

Your friends will call you intense.
